[Bamboo-Users] how to program from scratch!

Assalamo alaikum!
i am doing a project which intends to add semantics in dht and then do reasoning. kindly tell me the steps in order to write my code to make it running on the network, discover nodes, and send and receive messages and excluding the part of reasoning. i am using the windows XP platform.
